Quán Bà Tám Tour is not introduce and share destination, we hope traveler receiving the best experiences with local people, local cultural in the sustainable tourism development. This is the reason why we offer limited traveler in tour and host.
Homestay definition
You will live with a local family. Currently, Homestay is in Founder Quan Ba Tam Tour’s house. There is one empty room for guests.
Deposit of 100% is needed within 24 hours after receiving our email to confirm the booking. Other cost (meals, drinks,…) will pay after accounting the time you stay. Once the booking has been processed, we will receive information confirm calling and email. After that, you will receive a Reservation Confirmation email that outlines a summary of your booking, and “How to travel Quán Bà Tám Tour” guide booklet. Please review the information carefully and contact us if you have any questions or require any changes.
Host for a couple female or female guest.

Cancel Homestay
If you cancel a reservation within 48 hours after making a reservation, you can get a full refund. (We are not charged for the transfer)
If you cancel a reservation more than 48 hours after making a reservation, you can get 70% refund. (We are not charged for the transfer)

Number: every Sunday in the month.
Guest: not over 5 persons.

Cancel tour
Tour cancellation will happen in case of force majeure occur, especially unfavorable weather. Quán Bà Tám Tour will refund 100% money for you.

We do not recommend the use of single-use plastics, or disposable plastics (toothbrushes, plastic bags, water filters, and other plastic products) at Host and OnedayOnetrip. Thanks for your understanding and going with us in reducing plastic waste/use.
We say no party in room in the house. Please preserve all of the items in the room when you stay at homestay.
